The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania will be hearing oral arguments for round two of Commonwealth v. Torsilieri on Tuesday, May 23 in Harrisburg. In anticipation of this long-awaited moment, PARSOL’s legal analyst will take an in-depth look at how the precedent-setting cases of Alleyne v. U.S. and Apprendi v.
